Ordered 2 porridge and 2 lattes. 12 minutes later I have them, 1 porridge had thick skin on top due to sitting under heat lamp. Latte cups were just two thirds full. Got drinks changed but were same again. It all took too long and ended with poor quality, and it seems asking for it to be put right is a waste of time. PS. No pancakes available. You have let the brand down

20 mins wait I ordered 4 large latte and a chicken legend meal with a strawberry milkshake. The coffees were literally half full, looked like 3 regular size ones poured into 4 large cups, and not very hot x. The chicken burger had no salad and had a tiny amount of a sauce I did not recognise, it may have been from the spicy burger but I have never had one so I’m not sure, it only very lightly covered about 20% of the meat but was on so thin in those places it looked like the burger had been used to clean a small spill. (I ordered large BBQ Chicken Legend, usually my favourite Maccy d meal) Literally a dry portion of chicken inside plus the bun was burnt. Chips were fresh and good, but you can see them being prepared from the tills. I was the only person waiting for the first 10 mins. Then another customer came and went with his meal. When I did collect the meal I had to rush back to work, my colleagues were waiting for me to return bearing fresh hot coffee, I threw my meal away afraid it may harm me and went back to a 12 hr night shift on a empty stomach bar some chips. Avoid if a reliable source of nourishment is important to you particularly if working 12hr nights in the cold winter nights in sub zero conditions 2 hours drive away from your home.

The coffee here is good and cheap, compare to other fast food competitors, McDonalds coffee is "hands down" the best. Food? Not so great

Seemed short staffed food was cold then 2 more peoples meal was cold and one kids nugget meal 1 nugget was frozen . Wont b stopping there anymore. The staff seemed like they didn't know what they was doing. Wimpy anytime.

It's McDonald's. The food was as expected. It was nice to see the manager in the restaurant area, assisting customers.
