Popped in off the M1 on a Sunday night around 8pm to the drive through. Was surprised to see that is was so busy, a fairly big queue but no real hold-up. We ordered and were sent to a bay to wait as we had requested a plain veggie burger. Order arrived after 9 minutes. Staff were friendly and polite, even after walking about in the rain.

Gave me food poisoning. Hadn't eaten anywhere else for 16 hours so it has to be from here. And, I don't believe MC Donald's procedures would allow this, even if deviated from a little. Therefore, the only explanation I can think of is that whoever built my muffin didn't wash their hands after going to the toilet (and I ate it) or they were touching things they shouldn't before building my muffin, but even raw egg wouldn't do that. I told MC Donald's and other than saying they'll investigate they haven't even bothered to tell me what they found (or was it that it was incriminating?). It can't have been a virus as it only lasted 6hrs, but 6hrs of hell. Anyway, I've saved a small fortune not eating at mc d's and i feel much better, so in a way I thank you for helping me kick my habit of calling for a breakfast. This happen on 10/1/18 and I collected the food at 5:30am.

Would get five stars if a member of staff hadn't been seen not washing hands after using the toilet

Wow !! I eat regularly at mac’s but the staff here make it a unique experience Tommy and Gareth - go that extra bit further to make ur experience here special - thanks guys
