Well where do I start with the experience I’ve just had with this establishment. As the name suggests “Express” I thought I’d order some quick food after doing an 11 hour shift in the cold and dark days of a mid February Monday. Ordered food at 17:30 (expected delivery time 18:05) Food arrived at 19:00. Stevie Wonder after being on the waltzers for 10 minutes could have been at my door faster. As the delivery driver passed me the order, to further kick me in the “wedding tackle” the order was wrong, a full surface area of 12” of pizza was missing. Couple this with the fries that were brought with the order, they could have been used in a police chase as a spike strip by North East Derbyshire Constabulary. Certainly lost any future orders from myself, if you want to roll the “express” dice then gamble away.

First time I’ve had food from here and it’s fair to say we’ll never be back. £20 it cost and you can’t even see what for. I had a half and half pizza to discover after getting home that it was 1.5 slices which was different and the staff was nothing but rude.

I AM ABSOLUTELY PI**ED OFF WITH THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET A DELIVERY CORRECT AND WHEN WE RANG UP ABOUT THE MISTAKE THEY MADE THEY ARGUED BACK AT US THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN A HORRIBLE MANNER AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD IT WAS ALL DISGUSTING WE ORDER A CHEESE BURGER AND THERE WAS NO CHEESE ON THE BURGER AND ALSO I WAS MAD AT THE DONNER KEBAB IT WAS SO GREASY WHEN WE HAD FINISH THERE WAS FAT ALL IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PLASTIC TRAY PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM HERE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. :-(

Absolutely disgusting Saturday night takeaway. First and last time we will be ordering. Kebab so greasy it tasted like it had been dipped in oil. Salad was a bag of shredded wet beetroot and don't get me started on the so called chips. Under cooked cold just inedible. Even after warming in the microwave this so called food could bit be salvaged. Avoid

This place is a joke! Simple orders get messed up, they very rarely send sauces and when you ring up to ask how they've managed to mess up, they throw abuse down the phone n hang up! Very very rude, I'll never deal with them again, it put the icing on the cake this Christmas after they was vile to my step son of 13 years old.
