5 o'clock on a Wednesday went in for a tea 22 minutes later I asked where it was? Chaos in there today, usually quite good but not today. I've left a previous positive review :)

Ordered two McChicken Sandwich meals and hot chocolates. Given the drinks and told to wait in bay 1 for the food. Eventually someone else pulled up in bay 2 and after a further period someone else in bay 3. 15 minutes after we pulled up someone emerged with food for all three cars. Took it home (2 minute drive) to find the food was all cold. Clearly our food had been ready for some time, but they waited until the orders for all three were complete before bringing it out. Sent in feedback to give all this information and received a total non-apology letter which claimed it was not possible to have cold food and that we should basically expect to get cold food as a take away. They also said that we should have gone back and complained. We did, and were just given a shrug of the shoulders and told it would be better next time. Sorry, there won't be a next time...

Gets busy at obvious times but good service . Just remember there will be a wait during the lunch time even through drive through.

The staff are brilliant and will cater to your needs, they have an outside play gym for children and 4 tablets. You do get teenagers there just for the free internet, swearing and generally being disruptive. On the rare occasion your food may be warm and not hot. But the staff will exchange it if told.

Half the car park full of people waiting for ztheir orders. Finally turned up after 10 mins and it was cold. The person next to us only wanted a 99p cheese burger and waited at least 10 mins. No-so-very fast food
