Got my order wrong twice.Tattooed MS 13 gang members prepare the food. A slow mousy middle aged guy can't run the shop properly. It's terrible. Truly a 3rd world McDonalds. Never again.

Ordered coffee at the counter using loyalty voucher. I asked if it could be brought to my table (other branches have done this for me) but was refused, saying table service only available if you order from kiosk. Fair enough, I thought. Someone made my drink immediately, but I then had to wait several minutes watching it sat there until then person handing out the orders got to it. Pretty shabby service. Possibly also the most expensive Maccy's I've been in, only redeeming feature is how clean it is.

My husband and I celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday at McDonald's Botley Rd (Oxford) earlier on today. Service was absolutely fantastic! We were served my Muralee. He showed great care and attention to every single detail from beginning to end of our birthday party. We even thought that he was the manager, but then we realised that he was not. Muralee does have all the essential attributes for a great manager, though. He was very courteous and obliging to all of us. Muralee made us feel as if we were at a five-star facility. He is, without a doubt, a great asset to McDonald's team! We wish him all the best and a successful career at McDonald's.

The Botley McDonald's is the best I have ever been to. The coffee is just a little bit stronger than Headington and the staff are very, very good as well as being nice.
