If it wasn't for the caring staff Sue & Charlotte especially. I wouldn't use this resturaunt. Coffees are always Luke warm chocolate hot drink lacks the chocolate always watery.

Never remember the sauce that I pay extra for.. had a time before where there was no chicken in my wrap just salad... And multiple occasions they have forgotten sides that I order.

Ok was food. Place was full of chavs chucking food, swearing and shouting. Man begging for money outside between the two drive thru windows

After the dreaded request to park whilst using the drive thru I had to go into the shop because of bringing an incorrect order. I mean really, a sharebox without any sauces! And presenting your grand mac like that, aweful. A completely unsatisfactory experiences.
