Sadly this outlet let us down 3 or 4 times now so go to lakeside outlet or the one On The A127. Half the chicken was kept hot so long/much》 it was almost too hard to bite through the nearly caramelized batter & the chicken inside was very dry! When this outlet is good it is very good. But when it is bad it is almost inedible! Should be the same quality and way of cooking 100% of the time. In its favour: It had 2 dedicated disabled parking slots outside and entirely wheelchair friendly.

This place us always busy. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. My only concern here the cleanliness both in the restaurant and the toilet which is always messy.

Shocking as the two times I've been here as of late they have not had half of the menu.. disappointed was a understatement

Terrible service at drive thru. So slow. Paid for a boneless banquet got a bag of chicken pops and a bag of chips. Loads missing out of box. Kid serving looked about 12. Won’t be going there again.
