I am going to be honest and say I was always reluctant to go to Farmfoods, perhaps even a bit snobby towards it, but needing milk one time and being too lazy to walk anywhere else I went in...... And I was amazed at what they sell and how much cheaper it is compared to regular supermarkets. Now I'm not going to say I bought Farmfoods own frozen mincemeat as that just simply wouldn't happen, but the branded items I was thoroughly impressed. Now I go a lot more for all sorts and I've never been disappointed. Worth checking out.nParking is free for a couple of hours and if you check out their website you can get money off vouchers too.
Too crowded and workers put too many massive loaded trolleys in the aisles to cause too much traffic jam. Also not consistent in displays but staff are polite and prices are OK for the offers.
always good for a bargain /bulk buy, great too if your feeding a large family at a reasonable price!
I personally think the shop is excellent it's like an aladins cave of food.nAnd it was not too expensive there is a big choice of goods to choose
Their frozen patisserie box 10 cakes is wwll worth it's cost of £6.50.nThe shop is interesting as items e.g. pizza's, are not all in one section or indeed aisle!nThey have quite a few large versions of items e.g family lasagne, weetabix, clothes washing products etc so if you have a large family, they may be worth a try.
