I would gave 0 after I’ve received my order today and things like busy or not busy are not an excuse to serve something like that if You cannot provide good services on this department just shut it or make it properly. That’s what I get it for money paid… missing top of the bun..

The bar is already set low being McDonald's, but on top of that, this located in ASDA!  And if that wasn't bad enough, this ASDA is in SLOUGH!nAdd to that a limited menu, no breakfast service at all, then there really is no reason to visit here at all.  Probably just Asda shoppers who go here.

When I order for my wife and myself always get it right and it's great food.But.  When I order food for more than 2 people it gets very complicated and often they get something wrong. I am Not a MC Donald's fan but they do come in handy..it is hard to complain sometimes if you have a take away but if you eat in ,then it's easy.i hope that's not confusing.

Staff lazy and very uninterested one woman asked to be served at the desk 3 times to one guy who was stood doing nothing he finally decided to serve her, I waited 22 minutes for 2 burgers and fries, I saw a staff member get asked to clean a table and the staff member was bickering with his mate about who’s doing to which neither did. Staff look lost and don’t even look at you The manager there took an obscene amount of time to build one customers tray.. my burger wasn’t even in my bun and every table dirty even when there was more staff than customers. Sorry but it’s honestly the worst Macdonald ever and head office need to look at this branch in detail. It’s scary it’s even open

The food was okay. But one of the chips was cold.  And then she forgot to give us the happy meal. Which we realised when we already set off from drive thru and had to come back park up. And ran to the drive thru to get it
