I ordered a McDonald’s to be sent to my home open my bag to find large chips are not large but half filled plus every time I order McFlurry there is not much toppings at all might Aswell half plan ice cream every time I get not much toppings
Ordered food and a caramel frappe, only to take a sip and the drink tastes sour so the drink had gone off absolutely disgusting tried calling and no answer. You can see where the drink has separated on the photo even worse that I’m pregnant.
I’m not usually a fan of McDonald’s and only grab it when I’m on the go. I avoid the drive-thru because they often forget something from my order, so I stopped using that service.Lately, I’ve been working near the Slough area and have been popping into the local McDonald’s. I have to say, they’ve been pretty good. They never forget to include the sauce, and my order is always accurate. The other day, I needed to use the toilet and, honestly, I was dreading what it might look like. To my surprise, it was incredibly clean, and I was really impressed.The woman who served me provided excellent customer service. She treated me with the same level of care as the Uber drivers, even helping me pack my food and drinks. While I’m not a huge fan of the food itself, the customer service at this particular branch is outstanding, especially from the lady who assisted me. We need more staff like her! Thank you for giving me a great experience at McDonald’s for once.
Very bad experience, I ordered my breakfast here and I already paid and a lady said sorry we can’t give you order we finish we don’t have any eggs and buns. Seriously for single person they don’t have any egg and buns. If you run McDonald’s first stock up.
Crap service, ordered via their app and when I checked in it said payment error. When home got wallet ordered in drive thru the forgot the applied pies. Came back again and complained. Staff who served me just gave me lip service to my complaint and offered extra apple pie and fried. By time I got home food cold. Do not recommend.and manager was useless help
