nOutstanding customer service at McDonald’s Norwich Airport thanks to Ross. He’s an eccentric in the best possible way friendly, upbeat, and genuinely engaging. Ross is excellent at his job and clearly takes pride in his front-of-house role. He’s conscientious, attentive, and made the whole experience far more enjoyable than you’d expect from an airport stop. A real credit to the team and someone who turns a routine visit into a memorable one.

if i could i would give 0 stars . been to drive thru around 2:30 am and even asked about all sauces and everything but haven’t checked there and they forgot my 6 mcnuggets . Horrible ! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER
Why are just eat and uber orders more important than in store customers? Waited 26 bloody minutes for 2 meals! Watched collections come and go. Not to mention the sarcastic comments from staff talking about the customer who didn't want cheese! Well, I'm blooming well allergic, that's why!nTo make matters worse, the food was nearly cold. So we waited for rubbish food. Poor service and staff who entertain themselves by insulting customers!nI'm done with McDonald's.
We drove Into the McDonald’s car park at 7 o’clock in the evening the sky was a blood red orange, The ambience was quaint. Upon entering the establishment of McDonald’s I was greeted by rather friendly man his name- Let’s call him Rob. And if I had to sum them up- not all heroes wear capes, but this one certainly deserved it. We proceeded to order three Big Macs, three Cokes, 9 McNuggets we got from Monopoly and a McChicken share box…decadent, delicious, dreamy the triple D is my signature of approval that I give to any fine dining experience we were certainly full up, especially when we got round eating the last nugget. One pet peeve was the drive through, sometimes things just go awry and that is the way of the world, this brings me back to Rob a man who seems resilient, he seems versatile and can adjust any situation or circumstances accordingly and work through them not only efficiently but with charisma and a smile on his face.n8.3 out of 10.
