The second best KFC in Norwich. Decent service and food quality. The drive thru also is quite convenient but incredibly slow; I regularly need to wait more than 20 minutes for my meal. This isn't fast food, this is slow.nnAdditionally, the display that shows the customer their current order has been broken for over a year and the lights for the menu signs flicker on and off which makes it very difficult to see the menu.
This kfc needs closing down.nBad customer service don’t seem to care and seem to hate there job and yes I know it’s not the best but I personally work in customer service too and I don’t treat people like that . Rude.nAnd the food well. Absolutely vile. The chicken wasn’t cooked right. The drink tasted like it had cleaner in. The chips tasted like they had been sat there for about 10 years. And the place was dirty. If you want a good kfc I suggest going elsewhere not the first time I’ve seen a bad post either about this place. If you go on Facebook and Search KfC Sprowston you can look for your self. Needs to be looked in to because it isn’t run right. And the staff don’t seem to care about the safety of your food.
I've been recently and I noticed a real change: the orders are getting done faster and accurate, the food is tasty and not as greasy as previously or as in other restaurants, the table area is way cleaner than what it used to be. Overall it's a pleasure to come to this restaurant. Well done to everyone working here.
Never been in a place that every table was filthy, every bin overflowing, toilets incredibly dirty and no toilet roll. Only a handful of customers in here.nnHappily cleaned table but nowhere to put rubbish. Staff uninterested.nnWouldn’t have ordered if I had realised the state of the place.
The place was empty only a few people here. This kfc was dirty tho.nThe sides dusty and toilet room smelt and dirty too, items on the floor not clean. Just. See photos
