Wow .. the food was nice. beyond that, my best ever customer experience in years of eating out with my family was with Stephanie and Sapph. These two made us feel happy and it's worth every bit of it.. I wish I could give them both 1 million Stars. God bless you
It used to be a good place until they decided to let the parking lot be taken over by a company, which has decided you only have 1 hour stay aloud at a franchise place. I got fined £60, because I stayed 17 minutes longer which I didn't know about at that time they put this is in place. Signs apparently were there but smaller than what it is now. Spoken to staff member and the manager at the time even said that this is wrong specifically using their service and facilities paying for food drinks and given only 1 hourthere are waiting times there as there was delivery and other customers.Lot of complaints since they put this in place, at that time only few weeks ago she said... Then getting fined two weeks later. Absolutely fuming. Appealed it but now they got all the sudden huge signs all over the parking lot, which would be the first thing if they were taking over the parking. This is just rushing people not going in there and enjoying a meal with your family or friends. 17 minutes=£60 not bad. Never had a ticket in my life now I have to think twice before I go for a KFC, which I used to like once in a while. Now it is absolutely a turn down. I get that if for a reason people don't leave their cars there for hours or days. But 1 hour at a franchise is not really enough if you sit in for a chat and meal and wait for it to be served.
Still no hot drinks, and please don't lie to customers saying coffee machine just broke this morning when you're a regular and know, food was seriously over cooked and corn on cob raw, tables taken up by groups of teenagers just sitting there not one of them purchasing anything. Needs better management and definitely a visit from health inspectors.
Just want to put a quick 5* review to the server who worked tonight. He was amazing and clearly cared for everyone in the restaurant tonight. Thanks for the great service!
We come here often, but tonight the chips were incredible! Piping hot and covered in seasoning, really impressed with them! Nicest KFC chips I’ve ever had
