Considering how busy this restaurant was, my food arrived quite quickly. The drive through looked rammed so I went in on foot. The place was rammed, not good for my anxiety, I would definitely not call it ‘Autism friendly’
Not normally a fan of McDonald's but as we don't have one within 100 miles of where we live, my 7 year old insisted on going when we visited Ft William. Have to say by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Place was spotlessly clean, food was hot and actually looked like the pictures on the menu screen and was served at the table by some lovely, friendly and helpful staff.

First of all the toilets absolutely stink and the stench hits you as soon as you enter the restaurant so I’d recommend take away but the food was fantastic and the service was friendly. Ended up talking with a group of local youths who were very keen to chat and hearing their views on how boring it is to live in fort William was pretty eye opening. They were very hyperactive and running around the restaurant and combined with the smell of poo made the whole experience quite overstimulating. Loved it
The stench of the toilets hits as soon as you walk through the door, absolutely vile, put me off from eating in. I was already a little off from being so hungry but nearly threw up from the smell while waiting for food so chose to stand in the pouring rain in the car park instead while my hero of a bf waited for the food with his snood doubled over his nose and mouth. Not being dramatic, genuinely the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had, absolutely no idea how the 8 people inside were sitting and eating without gagging.
It was extremely busy with a long wait and couldn't get a table. There wasn't enough staff to keep up with the cleaning because the ladies bathroom was disgusting. I think the main problem is the venue is far too small for the demand.Food: 5/5
Fast food it won't be, seems to always be rammed out the door and the drive thru line starts at Morrisons. Unless your stomach thinks your throat's cut, don't bother and avoid the McStress.
Smells like a fractured sewage pipe in store but has been like that for at least 2 weeks I was told. This made it hard to enjoy my meal, thos bundled with my burger and chips being cold and the meat itself being dryRecommended dishesFrench Fries
Food is good.. limited parking is available.near to town only..bit rush..will take time to get in..getting food will be fast once get in..food is good not awesome though..no milkshake options..toilet is available inside.
All the staff there are always nice despite working in a literal hell. Hole Never had a problem with the food either. And every time I go in th we cleang staff are extremely nice always have a good interaction with them the only problem that I have is the milk shake machine is always broken if the could sort that. It's the best McDonald's in Britain with the nicest staff and service
