This branch of McDonalds regularly seems to be clean, well stocked and well run. On this occasion I had a McFlurry and a Toffee Latte. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, as always with McDonalds. Colouring pages and crayons available and happy meals.
I have rediscovered McDonald's as a place to take the Grandchildren and the advantage being that they eat everything. A friendly assistant comes round with flags and crowns to wear, wax crayons and colouring sheets they can help themselves to and they can order their own food. Always well staffed and a cheerful, helpful atmosphere. Tasty food with information on calories and nutrition. Very reasonable prices too. Kid-friendliness: Lots for them to do.
Dont bother listening to the opening times. Says 5am. Every morning for 2 weeks i attempted to get a coffee. The store opens at 5:30am. Staff are inside, But wont let you order until 5:30. They also keep the drive through coned off until this time.Food: 1/5
Always seem to be getting our order wrong recently. We should take more time to check the order board before we drive forward. Our fault for feeling we should keep the line moving.Food: 4/5
Service was quite quick, despite the fact that it was a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff were polite and friendly, food was what it says in the tin - quality is standard and McSpicey was very tasty.Food: 5/5
Having recently visited here, I can honestly say that the staff are by far the friendliest I've encountered at any McDonald's restaurant. Joanne was very professional, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for her.Food: 5/5
After a morning out walking stopped off for a McDonalds via the drive-through. Very busy so when order taken we were asked to park up and it would be brought out to us when ready. Alas, when it finally came the had omitted straws for our milkshakes, serviettes and the tomato ketchup I had asked for. By the time they came with the above it had taken nearly 15 minutes and we had eaten our food as it was going cold. Milkshakes had started melting and started seeping out of the top of the lid. I appreciate it was busy but if care was taken in the first instance then they wouldn’t have to waste time going back for stuff they’d forgotten.
Local reputation has been restored. The worst Mcd in the UK. Cold fries, wraps open at the bottom so the contents drop out of the bottom AND apple pies purchased after 6:00pm to be sold pies cold that should have been binned 4 hours earlier - Disgusting.Food: 1/5
Clean, tidy, staff welcoming and patient when I asked how to use app from my phone in restaurant. Was made aware of new menu editions and best offers. Food packaged well, hot and delivered to table.Food: 4/5
Dirty, ood look warm. Family of 7, every child was coughing but not covering their mouths. Wondering all around spreading their jerms. Parents didn't like it when I complained to them.Food: 2/5
