Very disappointing meal! The food quality has changed... I ordered chicken balls few weeks ago, it was gorgeous but last night... it has a super thick dough around the chicken..i ordered chicken balls not dough balls...also the chow mein is greasy and sauce is bland...delivery is late again!! only point to note is friendly driver at the door.

I ordered last night at 7.45 and was told it would be 20 minutes my girlfriend rung them at 8.55 and asked where's the order? "It's on its way" not how long just it's on its way bearing in mind this is 50 minutes later than originally told. Rung again at 9.15 to ask where's the order? "It's on its way" so 10 minutes later still not arrived so ring again and cancel the order to be told not to bother ordering from there again! My experience with this establishment was appalling and after nearly 2 hours waiting for your food to be told not to order from them again is bad and don't worry I won't be ordering from there again it's discusting behaviour and poor customer service

Website is wrongly priced when ordering was over £5 more than online menu then the owner laughed when i decreased the order 4 1 sayin do i not have enough money and charged me 120 for delivery when im 1 mile away and theres no delivery charge before 3 miles then when my order arrived couldn't eat it coz he'd destroyed it with spring onion when i asked for plain defo give hins Chinese takeaway 0% rating which i did prefer💩shitservice

Absolutely disgraceful! 2 hours and 10 minutes late, didn’t even give us the correct order, and had the cheek to blame the delivery driver however when I rang half a hour before it came they said it was only just been cooked! Didn’t offer no compensation such as free food or discount off our next order! I certainly will NOT be ordering from here again!

Appalling service , wrong information given out. This is the second time we have order now and ended up having to go elsewhere both times. The just eat app says that the food is delivered however when we called them they say the food hasn’t even left the kitchen. To then get told it will be another 30mins for our food, totalling to over 2 hours! what a waste of time. Takeaway is meant to be a treat not hard work!
