Frankie and Benny's is pretty good. The food we had was all very tasty and it's one of this restaurants you get what you expect (nothing too fancy, but what they do sell is of a decent standard). It's a good place to take children as they have a menu for them and balloons etc. Plus it's full of families so if your two year old decides to kick off no one is going to mind too much!

Selby Branch - dreadful service, overpriced food that is of poor quality, things are often burnt. The manageress offered us a money off voucher to use as an apology for a dreadful visit prior to today. Today, the assistant manageress approached is mid meal to tell my son and I that she was unwilling to accept it along with the offer of the day (order a main and receive a pudding free) which I found ludicrous. I expressed my upset as the offer is advertised and my money off voucher Is a way of an apology, they are separate! but she still refused to accept it. It was embarrassing in front of other customers so we left. We will never return!

Consistently good. Good food good service and great price with the members vouchers. American hot pizza is awesome and they do a great burger. Child friendly.

The food here used to be absolutely faultless (around 7 years ago we would come here every Saturday to eat and loved it) however of late the food here is just.. Ok. It's not bad, it's just not as good as it used to be and that's the reason for it's 3 star rating. It used to be a place where we would recommend to anyone wanting a lovely meal... now it's just not, the children enjoyed it which is all that really matters to me overall. I just feel that with a bill of £56+ for 2 set lunch menu meals and 2 kids meals the food should've been better.. it was very easy to tell certain foods had been frozen prior to cooking. The dough balls used to be much nicer years ago for example... they were stodgy and dry.. Overall not a bad review... just an ok one.

Very good staff. Food lovely and plenty of it. Been a few times on Sunday morning. Excellent service.
