They sold me new chicken cheese burger without cheese patty. Instead of letting me know that they don’t have it , they gave it to me like that. Went to the counter 2 staff member came ask me what my problem is told them. One of them tried to tell me I’m wrong I told them you should know your products right but then other staff member came and said sorry we don’t have patty anymore. Then Manager came I told her I want my money back then she said it was menu give me drink and fries back , no problem . Then she said she didn’t knew they sold it like that , guess what is your responsibility to take it out of your system and marked it as sold out. Pretty poor service , even Manager doesn’t do her job ……
Worst McDonald’s I've ever come across. The drive thru is slow, forgotten item in bag inconsistancy in quality of food & cold food. This is not a one-off or just an off day it's a regular occurrence. If you order coffee, you'll either get the wrong one or more often a half measure. There’s always a problem with the machine. They always blame the machine. I've never gone into a shop or garage anywhere where the machine pours half a cup. To blame the machine is a copout. A staff member has to put on the lid, can they not see the cups is not full. When filling the bag, surely they can read the docket and check exactly what's in it before handing it to thencustomer. It would be easy to blame staff but the issue here is management, cheapskate management taking advantage of people using the drive thru. They are that cheap you have to ask for sugar or napkins most of the time. McDonald’s should remove this outlet from the franchisee or just give up and let another food outlet with better customer service record replace it. But typical the franchisee / upper management are never there. They won't face customs. They just hide in offices where they dont have to deal with it.
McDonald's is McDonald's, it is simple fast food , takes little to know Culinary aptitude to get it right, more like Tetris than cooking.... But even that seems too much for this place. Have been in a few McDonald's in my time, Ashbourne is probably the worst, they're very slow. Im a picky eater, I hate mayo so I order burgers without it, it's 50/50 if they get right at this point. But some of the food they let out is horrendous for the second time in a row the 'spicy' nuggets I ordered are dry and so hard they could cause injury. They were obviously cooked hours ago, you couldn't possibly have shovelled this into a box without realizing that they're inedible but yet the 17-22 year old staff thought they were fine to give out to customers.... McDonald's is the tabloid of takeaways, so it'll not inconvenience me too much to cut it out, if I ever get it again, it won't be in Ashbourne. Far better options here.
Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Staff completely clueless, and ignirant no sense of urgency, and zero customer care. Waited 25 minutes for an order that was wrong, cold, no dips or food options and honestly embarrassing to serve. Place is a mess from top to bottom — management clearly asleep. If you value your time, money, or appetite, avoid McDonald’s Ashbourne altogether.nAsked to use toilets was told that it was closed and seating area was open never again.
