They have. Display system which shows if my food is ready or prepared. After my order number has disappeared from the preparation screen I went to the front and was waited there for 10-15 minutes. They did not call my number and our food was just sitting front of me in a paper bag but no one called me just after a long time . Then they told me off for not asking for my food. Others couldn’t find their food on the ready list and was not called either . I just need to learn to ask but even after they asked me they couldn’t find my food and instructed the cooks to prepare it . Finally they find it. It was right in front of me behind a counter sitting in a bag . We waited 25 minutes altogether just to get a cold food and I was told off. I think they should have made us another one. This is rude service

Fairly standard macdo's! Fast service, standard menu. Always kept clean. Open late which is a big help following a night out!

Nothing really special with this branch, as you would expect from such a chain. Because recently M changed the way the food is served, I.e. using a number ticket queuing system, buying a quick bite seems a lot faster. Though they have only kept two cashier counters with real people standing there. I don't like buying food through just a screen with a confusing system.

It is what it is. Fast food at the benchmark of fast food. What was pretty irritating was all the Uber eats, deliver etc drivers hanging out front like a biker gang. Not cool. McDonald's should move them away from shop front.
