Very good and professional.service. Jordan has been extremely helpful and is responsive to messages. I have rented property in the area for over 10 years and would highly recommend the agent.

I have worked with MacDonald Property rentals for 15 years. They always go out of their way to help both landlords and tenants. Most recently on a relet they helped with many aspects of getting the house ready, queries from the new tenant and all the admin. without asking for extra fees. I trust them. I'm not naming anyone specifically because everyone you speak to does as much as they can to help.

Professional and responsible real estate agency with polite and responsive agents, that understand the particular circumstances of each case and act accordingly. The overall experience was positive, and this agency will be highly recommended to relatives and friends.

Only used the website which was easy to do...however it took a long time for a new property I wanted info on to be added to the site.

I have just rented a house through Mcdonald Property Rentals and can't fault their professionalism.  It was the first house i have rented and the process was fantastic and Hannah helped me out so much. Offering to assist should I have any issues at all. Scott

I have been renting a property through Mcdonald for 6 years now and have no issues with them at all. If I have had any problems with the property they have contacted the landlord and got things sorted out.

We have just recently rented A property off McDonalds and Hannah has been very fast and efficient in arranging our move for us And answered any questions needed And would highly recommend there services to friends and family Kind regards Mr N &  Mrs L Griffiths

The staff here are very friendly. We've never had a problem with them. They are quick to. Act upon any problems we have with our property. They are professional and I would recommend them 100%

Not very helpful at all, some of the staff have an arrogant  and very poor attitude. The staff that I have dealt with are totally unprofessional and almost cocky. We have had issues with a few of their rental clients not keeping the rented property in a reasonable order and reasonably tidy. This is annoying when you have purchased your property and take pride in its appearance however these people seem to allow their rentals to turn areas into tips and are not interested in helping resolve disputes. Obviously they don't have a clue and don't care and keep taking the money.
