Had exceptionally good service from Jonathan today, who was very patient while we tried multiple sofas, fabrics etc. The tweed/leather sofas are beautiful and we love the flexibility of effectively building your own sofa- when we finally decide we hope to be back in touch. Giving one star because I can't give 0, ordered an associated package bed deal for £400, the bed in the store had solid sides, first night sleeping on our new mattress we had to turn the mattress as the springs were coming into our backs, the next fault we noticed was tje fabric on the Base sagging, then our one year old sliced her arm on a staple hanging out of the fabric. Upon further inspection there was nails sticking out of the top of the Base and more staples hanging out under the Base. The tufts in the mattress are held in with little plastic clips, there caused the fabric to rip on the top of our mattress allowing more springs to come through. The supplier has admitted fault, was told 4 weeks ago a replacement would be with me the following week, a week later still no bed, the supplier had messed the order up, I then cancelled receiving a replacement mattress as I want a mattress that will last me a few years not a week! I've been waiting another 2 weeks and still no replacement bed frame, at this point I would like to cancel my order and request a full refund which I am entitled to under the consumer rights act 2015! This product should never have been delivered it was not fit for purpose when it left your warehouse yet you were quick enough to take my money, I want a refund for the whole bed not a credit note, I will be contacting the furniture ombudsman, trading standards and if needs me small claims courts. After 2 months of purchase I should not be forced to sleep on an airbed!

I bought a £1800 (sale price) sofa here in August 2014 and not only did it take 4 months to come but from 2015 the dye has been coming off and now it is to the point where a yellow underlayer is showing through which looks horrendous, this was supposed to be a grade 10 Italian leather and it didn't even last me one year. The warranty ran out after one year and even though it has been an ongoing problem since with in that year, they as still refusing to do anything about it apart from putting me in touch with some one who can repair it but I have to pay it myself. The manager who came out to my house was a joke and has done nothing to help, their customer service is second to none. No leather sofa should only last a year. It's a disgrace.

Great service from this long established family furniture shop. Have bought numerous items from them over the years and recently got a great deal on a corner sofa with which we are delighted with. We might share the same surname but I have no connection with them
