Purchased 2 recliners and the process was a breeze. Friendly people who let you browse with no hassling. Easy checkout Picked up the recliners and they are great. I recommend this place for a no hassle shopping experience. Save time and pass by the furniture stores at the mall and come here.
Employees were super helpful, all working together to help us. We bought a reclining couch and 2 rocker/recliners along with 2 end tables to complete the set. We have to wait a few weeks due to a back order but not by any fault of Th Furniture Gallery. Can’t wait for it to arrive!
Very impressed with the quick service and the knowledge of the chairs. Everyone was good and would recommend this place to anyone. I love my new recliner. It sets higher than my old one, so much better for me. Thanks to everyone that helped me today from the sales man, the girl that did the paperwork and the warehouse guys.
We were met by Ray Meunier, and he was very accommodating with our wants. He showed us the variety and did not pressure us. He let us browse and talk without him near. He came to check on us and as soon as we decided, he went right out and back to let us know they had what we wanted in stock. He was polite and we talked about family and other things not furniture related. He did not make us feel rushed nor uncomfortable. We will be back when we need more furniture. What we purchased was not over priced, and was good quality
Salesman Richard was well informed helpful and not pushy. I did extensive research and Furniture Gallery matched the manufacturers lowest price for our bed. We like this Store.
Very good service, I am impatient but no worry in and out quickly. The associates were very nice. When we need any furniture it's where we go!
Even though we were followed around the store, I tried my best to ignore him and then found out he was Matt, the supervisor. I told him we would look around, and if we needed any help we would get back to him. He was very nice and helpful. A good experience.
Kristal was very polite and showed many sofa. so I can see different fabrics. I was happy to see they had an elevator, in the store. I will tell all my friendsb to shop there. a real nice store.
So far a great experience. I tried ordering online I called and they found what I wanted in the store set up delivery It was great to have such helpful kind people help me
Only customers, salesman not happy with us trying out several chairs, he wasn't thankful that we made a purchase, office lady was stiff just wanted us to sign initials at negative boxes where they aren't held accountable for a problem that might occur upon picking up item. Had to have Augusta store ship our item to Bangor store for us to return on Tuesday to pick it up. Had to purchase chair because I had a bad fall the day before and it able to sit in normal chair. Not a friendly place to shop.
