I left a chair to be covered and was assured numerous times it would be done. That's totally understandable as they are a busy place. They were instructed twice that it had to be a certain thickness of foam and I left another example with them for a reference. They totally disregarded instructions and covered it in a far thicker foam that resulted in the chair not fitting where it needed to go. When I called to explain that it didn't fit I could hear jimmy swearing from a distance about it and as he came on the phone I told him that wasn't very professional and the reply was "you weren't supposed to hear that". I'll not be back and I'll have to go else where to get the job done. £40 down the drain. Very disappointing.

I left a chair in April to get recovered and it was eventually ready this week after being promised it on numerous occasions. I was the one chasing it and was not kept fully informed at all as to the “honest” time that it would take. Nor was I informed of the extra costs that were charged at the end. The job that has been done is very good but I would never use them again due to the very poor customer service and the prolonged time it took without being transparent at the start.
Cannot recommend first choice upholstery high enough contacted Helen about recovering 6 dining room chairs in a short time scale. I was assured they would be done.Got the 6 back finished to a high standard on time .Would not hesitate to recommend.
We got our suite covered and we are absolutely delighted. The service was excellent they had my suite returned to me in a week and it looks brand new. There was plenty of material to chose from at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them.
They made us new cushions for our campervan. Excellent job, very pleased. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Had my campervan bench seats upholstered with First Choice. Great customer service and very professionally made. Delighted!
Just received our suite today first class service from start to finish.with an excellent finished product would definitely use first choice again
