Proud caterers to the people and businesses of Nantwich & Crewe for over 25 years.

McCormick’s first opened its doors way back in 1987. since then it’s become a local institution. Over the years, Wendy and Peter McCormick have built on their reputation for fist-class food and service. much more than just a café, McCormick’s also offers a ‘Hot-roast’ counter, a creperie and even a wide range of ice creams. But if all you’re after is something to go with your coffee, you’re still spoilt for choice; from scones to an eclectic mix of cakes, such as Rhubarb and Custard, Victoria Sponge, Ginger, Carrot and even Mint Chocolate. Yum.
A friendly relaxing environment with charm and character

Delicious home made cakesOne of the most striking features of McCormick’s is its eclectic décor. Around the walls of the café there are thousands of framed photographs. Mostly old black and white shots, they show not only the McCormick family history, but also the changing face of Nantwich. A lot of these photographs have been donated by customers over the years – some of who first visited the café as children, and still do as grown-ups, but now with their own young children.

The rapport and friendships that Peter and Wendy have built with their customers is one of the reasons they expanded into outside catering. Staff at many local offices and businesses enjoy the same freshly-prepared, top-quality food at work as they do in the café.

One visit to McCormick’s and you’ll quickly see that it is so much more than simply a café in Nantwich – it’s a part of Nantwich. Isn’t it time you dropped by?
