Not sure what the point of this shop is. They always shut early, on the rare occasion they are open the staff don’t know what they’re doing and the post-office part hardly functions.

An essential public service. They dont have everything in stock and they're not able to offer post office services at all times BUT open earlier / later than most with friendly, helpful staff and reasonable corner shop prices...

Staff in the shop are all lovely and social distancing is being observed BUT on the last two occasions I have visited, a customer has come into the shop without a mask on, and has been served without comment. On each occasion the customer was a man in what appeared to be working clothes, so did not appear to be someone who might be exempt from the requirement to wear a mask. I appreciate that it is difficult for staff members to tackle thoughtless people, but it would be helpful if a sign could be displayed asking that masks be worn.

Please update your opening hours on Google - very regularly go to this shop to find it has closed early - this isn't a one off I understand staffing issues can happen, but it's the opposite of convenience to find that it's always shut, lost count now of how often it happens

Dreadful service....our Sunday newspaper often not delivered....last week and this week- nothing!!! Try calling to find out why and they never answer the phone. So you are just left high and dry and have to go out and pick one up from somewhere else. And then to add to the insult they charge you for the missed deliveries and you have call their head office each time to sort it out !

Rude and unhelpful staff! There used to be a lovely blonde lady in here....but she seems to have been replaced with robots and a sarcastic bloke, who calls everybody 'darlin'! Please bring her back!

I don’t know if the Post Office gives out an award for “Most Useless Branch”, but if it does these guys would win it.

Not even worth a 1 star rating! Terrible service, staff are rude and sarcastic! The guy who I assume is the manager has a disgusting attitude! Will go elsewhere in future! Reccomend others to do the same!

It a very good shop to get a newspaper and a very good post office which is very useful

Lovely lady Kelly helped me with all my needs very polite and chatty lovely clean shop and very welcoming
