Majestic Wine

Great knowledgeable staff who are "accessible" & helpful. Good wine range from really cheap to good high end. Emphasis seems around £10-20 which is generally a good value point.

Store good but the online service is hopeless. Customer service is diabolical. I got a voucher that I couldn't use as I was told it had expired it hadn't -it was valid for another month then did place an order after 4 calls and paid for express delivery and half the delivery did not arrive in time. No one answers the customer service line. Won't use Majestic online again.

Just so rude from start to finish - tried to refuse glass hire return as we didn't have the original cardboard box, even though all glasses were clean and in perfect condition! Also tried to con us by saying we could only return 25% of the wine when it was bought on a sale or return bases with no mention of this term. MGo to Sevenoaks branch- far more professional in all dealings

Great service and a wide selection of wine and beers, at all prices

The staff are very helpful, but their wine knowledge isn't as good as some of the staff at other Majestic stores. They were also very light on stock over the Christmas and New Year period.

Really helpful staff. Fantastic range of wines. Check out their Saturday and Sunday wine tasting sessions, very educational and great fun. Highly recommended

Staff were not interested in assisting. We expected to spend over a thousand pounds. We left and spent nothing and shopped elsewhere.

Knowledable staff always available to give good advice when need on a fantastic range of great wines.
