Dreadful service....our Sunday newspaper often not delivered....last week and this week- nothing!!!

Try calling to find out why and they never answer the phone.   So you are just left high and dry and have to go out and pick one up from somewhere else.  And then to add to the insult they charge you for the missed deliveries and you have call their head office  each time to sort it out !
