Customer service was excellent! Craig made sure I was happy with all aspects of my kilt and cannot fault his attention to detail. Made sure I were aware of all options available and also graduate discounts! Cannot recommend enough as quality of clothing was excellent too. Thank you so much Craig for your help!

A positively dreadful experience from the moment I walked in it was as if each member of staff had no time for me. Glad to say I don't have time for them either I walked out after waiting 20 mins before I received anything that could remotely be called customer service. I would ask for a refund of my time if I could!!

Went in to order kilt for wedding and staff member serving me decided to go view another staff member's Snapchat instead of finishing taking my details and finishing the hire process. Stood at till for bout 10minutes before I left and even during the time I was waiting heard one of the staff members say "aren't you with a customer". Shocking customer service
