Our staff come from a broad cross section of outdoor backgrounds; so whether you're off trekking in the Alps, or going skiing for the first time, we've got staff that will be able to offer friendly and helpful advice. We also like to hear your stories and learn a lot from customer feedback. So if you have a story to tell, or can advise us on techniques and gear you have used, then feel free to drop in - we'd love to see you.
