The beer garden is a lovely sun trap! Good food, large portions & reasonable prices. Nice selection of beers. Dropped one star as service wasn't the best we never got cuttlery, and we were half finished by the time we got ketchup - no mayonnaise.. and pizza base could have been thinner imo. Really enjoyed the place & will definitely go back soon.

Good food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere
- Great bar! - Staff are lovely! - Inside is huge and smoking area is beautiful and there is a fabulous wall art on the wall. - Food is very nice! They have a pool table which is great and I love playing a game or 2. But there's a group of locals that "own" the table and you can never have a game with friends they sit around it and play, play, play. I've been coming for drinks here for 2 years and haven't touched the table once.
I went for a bite to eat in there with a group on a Saturday evening around 6pm. The selection of food was very good although different menus had pages missing there was still a good choice. The pints of Guinness looked great, creamy head, held the texture for the whole duration of the pint. The reason why it's still only 3 stars is that it took the best part of an hour for the food to come out, which is a long wait when your on a tight schedule. Although the food was presented well, it lacked that tasty flavour you would have expected. I had the burger myself, and it was just more soggy than you would expect.
I've been there many times and every time it was a good moment! The food there is not a "pub food" it's a GASTRO PUB food, tasty, delicious and most of it is homemade! I highly recommend to go there and enjoy time with family and friends for a nice meal or just a drink. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Karen and Dejan:
Rude staff member one individually a man who rudely told us to get out form the beer garden while smoking away himself. average prices for drinks. Nice beer garden. one local in particular continued to irritate us with odd racist and misogynistic comments while a bar tender observed. He did nothing about it. More or less, a quiet place with little happening.
A lovely pup to have a good drink and a good chat. The staff are great. I forgot my purse and the held on to it for me until I could come back and get it. They were great to me.
The Restaurant is really nice but the staff need to be trained how to serve, the time to serve the plates are too long in between, the ice creams are way too much frozen. The pizzas are good ; The bar Area is perfect
