Online firms offer to handle the legal aspects of a house sale and purchase at very low cost. Don't go there ! You get what you pay for. There is great reassurance in dealing with a local legal firm and having your queries answered and documents explained face to face. This is especially so if there is delay or other cause of anxiety. Maxwell Hodge are one such  firm local to where I live. They handled my house sale and apartment purchase efficiently and smoothly and carefully protected my interests at all times. I would particularly mention Rachel Taylor. She gets things done and with a smile. She is a real asset to the firm. I have no hesitation in giving Maxwell Hodge 5 stars

Andrea Ashton dealt with my late mother and father's estate and made the whole process very straight forward and did everything that she told us she would. So a big thank you from myself and my two brothers to yourself and your pa. Lisa who was also very helpful throughout this whole process.
