The food has always been nice from this place, its the service and pricing that are appalling. After the receptionist gave the 10% student discount, the manager came while we were waiting and demanded more money because the discount should not have been applied. I refused to pay more stating that 'I had entered into an agreed transaction, which you lawfully must fulfil' he then begrudgingly gave me an UNWANTED refund. The store charges for things you would expect to be free, specific boxes, chopsticks and places what looks like individual complimentary sweets out, but are actually priced. The manager got rid of the card machine and let their website expire, presumably because he is tighter than a duck's arse. Chinese. takeaway is a very saturated market, I would recommend you go elsewhere, to somewhere that isn't full of nasty people who seem ungrateful of your custom. The manager also constantly shouts at staff.

I use this restaurant very regularly and have always been very happy with the service, delivery time and quality of food. Love it! =
