Can't help but feel like this place feels groggy. Tiles look greasy. The toilets are not massively clean. The wooden floor looks old and unsmooth see the third photo. It doesn't create a nice vibe. If you're looking for a dirty groggy place to watch the footie then you'll probably love this. But if you're looking for something upmarket, go elsewhere. The speakers lack a bass. The song choices were alright but seems like they are playing songs in artist order from a phone as I heard 3 Sean Paul songs one after another. Better to have it on shuffle. The place is in need of an upgrade. The toilet areas don't have doors and it's been left as open access with the bar right opposite which feels unhygienic see the second photo.
Spent £280 to reserve a table for 13 people and to be used as a bar tab for when we were there. When we got there the place was packed and there was no table for us. After 20 mins of a manager trying to tell me my £280 deposit didn't reserve a table, eventually someone did find it and take us to it. Then we were told the money from the bar tab was completely spent, so someone in the pub had used our tab. I have complained and chased up numerous times for 8 weeks and ongoing to get a refund by phone and email, and just get ignored.
Was told it was happy hour to be charged for than double for 2 rounds that we did not order! Then told csnt get a refund but can get an extra 4 drinks which is what we was initially overcharged for! Not good service at all
Nice layout and atmosphere, tunes on point, staff all lovely and drinks were well made and good value. We came for Sunday happy hour 2 for 1 but would buy the drinks full price as well tbh! Loads of screens if you wanna watch sports too. One of the best bars in Shoreditch
This place is grubby, it has a fantastic amount of screens but the bar prices are a joke. A can of Guinness and a cider was £13. Central London prices in a dive of a bar. Everything is sticky and not cared for. They dim the lights so you can't see how bad it is.
Paid 70 quid deposit for me and 6 mates to watch the football from 2pm. When we arrived it was all locked up and was asked to come back in 30 mins.. Did get a round of drinks in the endso probably didn't lose much but go to Bar Kick up the road if you want to watch football.
Came in a gtoup of 4 to watch the England vs Senegaĺ match. We paid a £100 for a tabĺe after playing music chairs they finally found us a table under a aircon which was set at -16. A TV with no speaķer we order food which which arrived in take away boxes añd was cold. The music was good though thatswhy i gave it a 1 star.
They have a great Foosball table. One more interesting find here is the Lyte powerbank for rent terminal. Definitely a great idea when you phone is low on charge.
This place rips you off for drinks. Rude bartender and the food is ordered from another vendor. Way better spots to watch games at next door for better drink prices and better atmospheres. They charged us 20 pounds per person to watch a game and said it goes towards the tab but only drinks and not food. Others came in during the game and sat and watched and only ordered sodas and some didn’t even order drinks. Stay away and save your money.
Friendly fun bar staff and a solid two for one cocktail happy hour with a free shot!!
