Lazy staff already closed 5 minutes from closing time. Told the staff I just wanted to collect a parcel and the Asian woman who works there was just chatting with some other staff and wouldn't let me in. Absolutely hate it when shops close early because staff are that selfish and impatient. Disgraceful.
The location is quite accessible, and they ha e different types of clothings for every budget, affordable and really good quality items. I bought a lot of clothes, even though it was my first time there but I saw a lot of nice items that were affordable.....so why not?
Good value & prices, especially in sales. Store needs a makeover & not a lover of the self checkout.
Tow of the ladies one is Asian and the other is white only two who asking you for using the card machine which i have never use it Asked for help the white lady very rude loud Iwas not happy at all the wayshe treated me in not acceptable she needs to do her job that is all i can asked for.
Had a look we're I lived there in 2010 great place to live I liked the great jobs and the people thank you lol
Can you please tell me why in a store on a retail park that has many items for sale Inc shoes and clothing and offering changing facilities does this store have no public toilet facilities... In fact BM next door and Aldi also offer no toilet facilities neither! I was advised the nearest facility's are in Dunhelm store. I realise this may be in order but for someone with disabilities it is not ideal to say the least!
Fantastic stuffs and at affordable prices. I didn't know they are such a value for money shop at my door post such as Matalan, second to none. I will recommend you to millions of people. Bravo; more elbows grease.
Very unorganised for a busy weekend! Hardly any staff working on the shop floor. There used to be 4-5 counters but they have replaced 3 counters into self check outs for "convenience" - but that is where customers are waiting for someone to come and help them? 1 till was open and the lady at the till was busy dealing with a return and trying to contact a manager. Queue of customers winding all the way round the barriers towards the clothes.
The mens section is now smaller than ever with very little selection on suits etc. Lots of other things purchased from here over the years, but hardly worth visiting now.. I bought my last tuxedo/dinner jacket and trousers from here which now needs replacing but they no longer sell them. As more and more reputable mens and womens cloths shops are closing in Huddersfield town center then this was turning out to be one of the best shops in town for mens clothing. But not anymore it's gone the same way as others.
The worst shopping day of my life! Never any staff around. Queues long with only one member of staff on the till at peak times, late morning and lunchtime. When directed to the card only area for payment, one is initially baffled with the on screen information how to comnence with no voluntary assistance from staff! But on a nicer note I did very much like the layout of the store and the merchandise. Also found the store very tidy. Hence my one star rating.
