If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely shocking customer service! Chose them as my nominated pharmacy and ever since I have never had a prescription on time. Ordered my repeat prescription this time round over a week ago and nothing has been received.. Had to go over a week without medication with awful side effects. My GP said they haven't had any requests! Rang to cancel them as my pharmacy and explained why..no apology. I should have known they hadn't ordered it when the young girl didn't even ask what the medication was just took my name and said "OK thats ordered". Didnt check my address or DOB only when I asked when it would be ready to pick up she asked me what medication it was! Fuming.

Shame I can't leave no stars as they are useless. Lose orders all the time. Like laurel and hardy in this chemists...fools !

i visit elland regularly although i don't live here - when i am here i have often used Elland Pharmacy for prescription medication and other items - the staff have always been helpful and friendly and have even gone to some lengths to help me out when my GP let me down over a prescription renewal
