Great choice of quality food at very reasonable prices.nI'm happy to say Aldi are retaining a reasonable number of cashier check outs.nRecommended for those with both large and small shopping requirements as a variety of portions are on offer.
I'm so happy with this store. I have visited once or twice with kids and friends. The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help with any request always stands out to me.nOn this most recent trip I left my bags in the car, I needed the toilet by the time I finished packing. I was kindly allowed to use the staff toilet with supervision. I do think in 2024 everyone should have easy access to toilets.nI also love the layout of the shop and their range of products. I'm always on the hunt for more plant based/eco friendly options and ALDI never lets me down.nThank you Elland ALDI!
It's aldi .nThere's not much to say apart from it's cheaper than the other supermarkets around.nAlways empty boxes left in the fridges, making it hard to get your product out without everything else falling out.nBut I understand the staff can't monitor it constantly as they are called to the tills all the time.
Amazing store, clean, secure, plenty of parking
I just come back from shopping and unfortunately I have to report a really un respectful customer service from a staff member. I was walking around the shop, to do my shopping and Oone of the staff member boy with blue eyes he say : Can I pass ? He was with big trolley going to the back store.nHonestly i didn’t see that guy straits aways and I thought he was a bit rude because as a customer he didn’t have any care of customer service, I let him pass and say to him :”you are welcome” he didn’t ask me thank you actually he said to me you are special thinking he was fun. education it’s a base, especially when you work with customer face to face .nI was really in disappointed of his attitude.nI went in the till and a lovely lady let me pass through t before her and there I find again the same guy.nnI told him with smile : I’m special again now ? … and he answer me with WATH !!! I reply to him you should said “ pardon !”.nnStart shout me from all the people.say who you think you are ? Carrion and carrion with his absolutely horrible behaviour… from of his manage. That guy last think he say to me on the till was: “ shout up, you can’t even speak an English front of his manager again.nnI said to his manager while he was scan my shopping :n1 English it’s my second language and 2 I’m Dyslexic.nnI I will report this guy to Aldi and I hope to don’t see any more staff treating them customer like that .nFirst of all because if the got salary it’s because customer going there shopping.nI’m really unhappy about it.
