Parking is alright although the charge is definitely not great! Especially if you're just nipping into Matalan. Got what I needed, staff polite enough
Not been in Matalan for a few years. Popped into the Derby one, where you can park outside, not cheap so you have to be quick . The clothes are inexpensive and a good selection of men's, women's and children's. I just had time to buy a couple of items.

Been here today and having looked around I have joined Matalan, free to join at the desk having given a few details. You need to join to buy items for women, men, children and household goods, which are reasonably priced and good for all ages. As I am a fella I do feel there are a lot more things here for women rather than men. There is a large carpark outside, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly staff

Click&Collect staff were rude and condescending. Not bothered and no apology that they didn't give me the correct order.
Nice big place. Not a lot of variety as expected. And its not even very cheap as i heard about it.
Went to see if they had kids black zip up hoodies, unfortunately not. Staff looked like they couldn't wait to go home

This store is located around the corner across the road from the main shopping centre. It is well stocked and laid out. The staff are helpful. You need to be a member to purchase but can apply on the day . I have always had to queue to pay at this store. They now have self service card only tills to help cut the queues. Umm,still gets busy.
