5.15pm today the staff all trouped out of the main door and stood in a circle and blocked the pavement. When told they were blocking the pavement. I was told by a rude bloke that it was there pavement because it was outside his shop!!!! I do believe social distance rules still apply. Extremely rude.
Poor selection for men. Bought mens shorts for £15 so not particularly cheap. Material utter rubbish. Not accidentally ripped or snagged, just gave way. Returned, replaced. Same thing happened. Both occasions within two weeks. Sorry Matalan but carry on selling rubbish you Will loose customers.

Just been in the Bulwell store and needed the loo. It was disgusting! No paper, soap, hand towels and dirty floor. With the current situation needs to be addressed . Didn't see anyone to complain to, so opted to send this
Large shopping retail store the staff are very friendly and willing to help if you ask them and the prices are cheaper than other retail stores love this shop
