I went into matalan recently to look at holiday clothes for my little girl. I was shocked that I could not find anything that was worth buying. Usually, when I have been to matalan in the past, I purchase something nice, but I felt there was nothing nice in there. I didn't bother to look around the rest of the store as I usually do as I thought it would be a waste of time.
It's my birthday in a couple of days and I will be going out to celebrate it and decided to buy a new dress for the occasion. I drove to Matalan at Springfield Retail Park in Nottingham. I was happy to see they had built new changing rooms near to the tills, and more of them, which was much better than before. Matalan had emailed me some discount offers and I wanted to take advantage of that. There was plenty of choice and I ended up buying 2 dresses, a tee shirt and 2 pair of leggings. There were plenty of staff at the tills and on the shop floor who were very helpful. I also got £10 off my purchase with my email and a 20% off till voucher for purchases from next week. Altogether a very good shopping experience and I'm a happy customer. Thanks to all at Matalan.
We went to Matalan store in Bulwel in the afternoon. The place was not crowded. We had an excellent customer service. The place is also wheelchair accessible. Another advantage is that this store has a lot parking spaces. It is also near to Bulwel Forest Tram stop it is about 4 minutes walk. Apart from different types clothes and shoes for all ages groups, the place is well stocked with other household items :kitchen items, bathroom items, storage units, children toys and many more . I would recommend this place.
Popped into matalan for some bits and got served by a lady called Natalie and she was so lovely!! I never usually leave reviews but needed to on this instance because she was just so kind and welcoming!
Great bargains to have here, good quality clothing, half the price of other outlets, i.e., Next etc
Staff were very helpful, needed to order what I wanted online, click and collect. My items were delivered to the store 2 days later. Brilliant service.
