Was about to pop into purchase an item I had my eye on..I realise it was close to closing time, but it was still technically open. I got to the shop door only to be told 'we're closing' !!! WHY keep the doors open then ?!!! What's the point?! There were still a good 10 minutes to go!!! Another store got this sale.
Lovely shop, always beautifully air-conditioned and genuinely friendly, chatty staff. The cut and quality of the clothes is excellent, and the colour combinations quite varied and unusual. I’m a bit of a newcomer to the brand as I’ve outgrown other old favourites and it’s one of my favourite places to shop in Nottingham - often get compliments on my outfits from there too
Thus is my local store and staff have always been kind, courteous and friendly. Any issues I've had have always been quickly resolved and they do some good bargains. Not to mention their hand sanitiser smells amazing!
Have been going to fat face for a long time ,the staff are very friendly and always helpful nothing is to much trouble,always find what I want,the dresses and jumpers are lovely and always a great fit and true to size,highly recommend this shop.
Very helpful staff, gent took my items into a changing room whilst l continued to pick other items. No rush, left to browse. Changing rooms were large, clean & had plenty of mirrors. As l had several items they were taken to the till for me as l looked over the shoe section. When l had finished l arrived at the till & told my earlier items had already been popped into the system so l didn't had to wait whilst this was done, great way of doing things. The sizes are generous l must point out
Hi ive always bought my jumpers from f/f but what has happened to the big chunky ones?imo very poor selection on offer now.
Visited the store this afternoon with my sister and what a pleasure to meet Joseph. Such a gent and a great assistant in our shopping spree. Very knowledgeable in stock and trends..... Thanks for all your help, hope you're talents recognised.
Clothes are a little bigger than what you expect. I'm usually a small-medium but had to get extra small and it's still baggy. Think this appeals to the surfer dude crowd that usually shop there. Friendly staff!
