This is one of the biggest Primark stores I have visited, and there's quite a large selection of items to purchase. While it isn't the cheapest store around, it is definitely not the most expensive, and will be affordable for most people. I had no problems navigating and paying, and my entire shopping experience was nice
Great store, the staff are very nice people always ready to help.. I had case that one size was small, they change it immediately..
Queue management was horrendous with staff not diverting a long queue from one side, to the other, despite not having any customers! It took a member of public to remove the trolly barrier so that customers could be served by 3 free tills, not serving, while the ones on the side were non-stop! There's clearly a problem with that! That said, store was nice and staff friendly, just need some 'guidance' it seems!
Huge selection of clothes , plus home textile and cosmetic products all under one roof @ prices that most can afford without breaking the bank . Please note it can be very busy at times but with low price banding on products it is worth a look . The atmosphere is ultra modern and contemporary, till time is brief as they have plenty of well trained polite staff waiting to help. A must for the budget conscious high fashion shopper.
This store is something my wife remembers from the time she was in the UK all those years ago. As a result, she wanted to visit this store while we were in Nottingham. My wife and daughter picked up a couple of dresses. My daughter also picked up a pair of Minnie Mouse shoes. I picked up a set of pajamas. The store was extremely busy with all the students visiting the store. Checkout was pretty quick considering the length of the queue when we started queueing.
Staff always keeping the store looking tidy and neat. And very approachable. Only thing was the collabs like rita ora were scattered around the store instead of having its own section. But really liked the size and overall layout of the store.

A store well worth visiting as new stock arrives every week. All the departments in the store are well set out. I always pop in whenever I am in town.
The escalater to go to back to street level is blocked off. One of the 2 lifts to take you to street level is always out off order leading to large queues off people. Some with pushchais n prams And overcrowded lift with people going up or down the lift. Shocking
What can I say most people know that primary is great there is a massive selection of many different things from clothes to home and it is very affordable. The only issue with this is that it is very busy all the time which can be overwelmbing sometimes but I know that can't be helped. The lady that served us was very polite, welcoming and extremely helpful.
