Master Chef Chinese Carry Out

Disgusting. I ordered a chicken chow mein and this is what I got. Overcooked noodles that were all in tiny pieces, the chicken and veg had just been set on top of the awful broken noodles and slathered in sauce. Not like any chow mein I've ever ordered before and needless to say I'll never be ordering again

I ordered 1/2 crispy aromatic duck the sauce was lumpy and looked like it wasnt even made properly, it was also very hard to spread on the pancakes which we were given. The duck was filled with fatty parts of the duck and was just awful. The vegetables which were with the duck were fresh and well done but everything else was a shambles. Also the chips which came with my girlfriends honey chilli chicken were reheated and most likely left to the side and her honey chilli chicken had no flavour at all. £30 down the drain for a overpriced, false advertising meal. Master Chef is a disappointment!

Through JustEat I ordered a delivery at 18:15 to my address less than 15 minutes away from this place. After 2 and half hours there was no sign of my delivery. Contacted the restaurant to ask for an update and was told the delivery was with the driver. When I asked for money back to cover the delivery fee I was told there would be no refund as the food was already with the delivery driver and that it would arrive in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes past and no delivery. I phoned the restaurant again to be told that my order had been cancelled 10 minutes previously despite not asking for this. I was told by the lady on the phone that ‘They were extremely busy tonight’ on a Tuesday, and that the order had been cancelled by myself which was a lie. Will not be using this place again due to their shocking customer service and lies to cover their mistake

Went to go get a curry half and half it was quite quick to be made only 10 minutes and it was ok the curry was a bit like plastic but the chips were ok I would probably get it again

Maybe the time we ordered our meal and the fact it was New Year eve presented the problem. Our meal was ordered at 19:00 and after an hour were notified it would be at least another 30mins. When it did arrive the main meal had obviously been reheated at least once, the chips where dry and covered in a tasteless gravy, in general the the meal was pretty poor, disgusting in fact and a lot of it ended up in the bin.Unfortunately we will NOT be using them again in the future.

Food isn't great, big portions but the food is either bland or very salty

Do not recommend! Food took 1.5 hours to come with me calling twice to chase, when it arrived I refused to pay the delivery charge as a matter of principle. The driver stood and argued with me over £1.50, took it as a personal attack and argued everyone's food takes 1.5 hours to come etc etc I ended up giving him the money to make him leave. Incredibly frustrating experience. Won't be returning

Had a carry out yesterday the chicken was so fresh meal beautiful

Food was honestly horrible, if I could of given 0 stars I would have. Chips were burnt and tasted of oil. The chicken dish was like jelly- everything went in the bin. Rang the shop to return food and get a refund and the guy was really rude and said no that there is nothing wrong with their food. AVOID.

Chewy squid in a lumpy sauce, sour tasting chicken on a bed on soggy lettuce and everything else tasted like old grease. Even the prawn crackers that I paid extra for were somehow both dry and simultaneously soggy and oily! Would not recommend.
