My friend Gary placed an order 8 days ago….it still has not arrived! Hopefully it turns up tonight as he’s really hungry and has ran out of toast…..hopefully Panda House has the good decency to at least give him some free prawn crackers.
Shambles of a Chinese. Wrong food delivered twice. 2nd phone call they hung up and I never got what I ordered and paid for. 4 kids and myself left with no dinner. Cheers panda house
Just paid over a tenner for a half container of salted chilli chicken, what a rip off. Also asked for lemon chicken with sauce separate as it keeps the batter dry, but no to that as well
Worst food I have ever ordered in Bangor ever this cost just under 10 pounds chewy chicken absolutely disgusting never will ever eat out of here again foods a disgrace
Do NOT use this place, food was awful. Special chow mein with NO chicken or prawns only a tiny tiny bit of roast pork, conjealed gravy on chips. People do not waste your hard earned money on this place. When I phoned to address the issue they hung up on me.
You can't give 0 stars on here, or I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered veggie curry and fried rice/chips online, late on a Friday night. When the food arrived, the curry was a congealed block, which we stirred to see if we could bring it back to life, but it was a solid mass on top with runny liquid underneath. It tasted like flour had been mixed with a tiny bit of curry powder. Tasteless and gross. It consisted of a couple of pieces of cabbage heart, one tiny piece of pepper, broccoli, hard peas and a couple of water chestnuts. The chips were burned, hard and cold. I wouldn't serve them to the dog. The fried rice was unrecognisable. I rang and was told I'd recieve a call back, still waiting. Unfortunately we didn't see these reviews before ordering on one of the online apps. The most disgusting takeaway food I've ever had the misfortune to recieve.
Food tasted awful! Chicken was pink chips we’re undercooked, took ages to arrive, not ordering from here again
Absolutely filthy! The shop is so greasy and the food was disgusting, will not be back. The counter staff were lovely though and tried to help resolve the issue, but the chef was so rude. Chicken tasted like metal and the chips were undercooked, prawn crackers were stale and didn’t taste very nice.
Ordered food, it was taken straight out off freezer, put into micro wave to de frost then straight into deep fat frier. seen " chef" drop food on floor picked it up and carried on cooking
Absolutely shocking Ordered 2x Singapore noodles and a box of spring rolls 1 box of Singapore noodles was missing and we called and the man who answered had a terrible attitude He said there's nothing he can do and he can't send out another box of Singapore noodles and he put the phone down on us. And the food was greasy and dry. Just disgusting food and disgusting customer service.
