We had the place to ourselves which was good for our autistic son. Food was lovely and staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Decor could do with updating. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly with our kids. Parking: Limited parking available

Looking forward to a lovely meal with my partner and stumbled upon this restaurant. Read reviews and was hopeful! The worst Chinese we have ever had. Had to eat with coats on as staff stated that there was no gas?? Food unpleasant with what can only be described as an ‘unusual’ consistency. Sauces tasted synthetic and unpleasant. Starter appeared re-heated, with the spring rolls consisting of soggy pastry with zero content. Ourselves and another family in the entire place. As we were leaving, the other family asked how we found the food as theirs was shocking. Staff were open and interested when offered constructive feedback but we left hungry as food was inedible. Partner went to the lavatory before leaving and said it was disgustingly dirty with mouldy walls. Giving one star but would award zero if possible. Avoid.

Very poor experience all round. Disappointed as this business use to be so good.The manner of the person taking orders on phone is very abrupt and not much better in person. Whole place has a really sad neglected feel about it these days. Food quality poor: ordered 2 different noodle dishes both looked the same tasteless over cooked vegetables with very tough meat. Noodles dry with very strange colouring which wasn't consistent and largely tasteless. Threw more than half away. Won't be returning until I hear of an improvement . There are other outlets in Bangor cheaper and better.

Really enjoyed our meal out here! We got the 'Banquet B' which offered a really nice selection of dishes for a good price. The staff were also very friendly. Been a few times now and it's always a good meal!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Very dirty Absolutely awful. From start to finish. We were staying in Bangor overnight as we’d been to Zip world and our nearest takeaway was this place so we decided to go In and eat. When we walked in we were greeted by an extremely dated decor and a foul smell, we proceeded to request a table. We were the ONLY 2 people in there. We were given a menu and ‘wine menu’ to look at and were asked straight away what we would like to drink, my partner requested a Bierra Moretti and I asked for the same, I was told there was only 1 bottle so we would have to share, I said ‘I’ll have a look at the bar to see what else you have’ the very rude lady shouted ‘NO! You have a wine menu, look at that’ so I chose a small glass of red wine, when it came it was in a pint glass, not a wine glass!! We went on to order food, at this point I was feeling extremely uncomfortable and the more I looked around, the dirtier the place seemed. We ordered an appetiser for two which came as 2 spare ribs, 2 prawn toast, 2 spring rolls and a pile of seaweed. It was awful, the prawn toast was 100% reheated and hard, I complained and the chef came out, took my prawn toast, snapped in in half and said ‘LOOK, not hard’ then expected me to eat it after she had handled it; I refused! I went on to eat my spring roll which half way through I was greeted with a hair, I complained again and the chef again took the spring roll apart and almost threw it at me in anger that I had raised the issue, she then told me she didn’t want to serve me anymore and asked me to leave. I left with pleasure and a very lucky escape! I would t recommend this place even if the food was good. The pure lack of customer service from staff, the dirtiness of the place and the lack of stock on drinks! Very poor!!! If I could upload pics of this disastrous dinner, I sure would!! I’ve shared them to my social media account around make people aware of this absolute dive!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Went as a last minute meal to end a day out. Lovely friendly staff, really good food. My dad said it was the best lemon chicken he's had. My very fussy son wolfed down his noodles and sausage. Very well enjoyed by us all.

Friendly lady me and my partner had a lovey chat with her food was really nice and fresh would definitely go back again

Worst chinese in Bangor, had a takeaway and the food was awful and it wasn’t cheap, can get far nicer food made with better quality ingredients at China Hot Chilli, Garden’s or Jasmine for the same price, will not go back, such a shame as it used to be nice. Would not recommend!
