Lovely little cafe, they sell some great cakes which come in a variety and the service is fab, if your passing don’t hesitate to pop in. The price is reasonable for the quality of food and drink you get here. Thanks guys for a great experience
The team here are so warm and welcoming. They serve my coffee with a smile daily and always make time to pass the time of day. Keep up the good work guys its always a pleasure.
I love this little coffee shop. It is reasonably priced, and the staff are always so polite and helpful. Recently, one of the staff even went to the supermarket next door for supplies so my daughter could have the bacon panini which she regularly enjoys. It is ideally situated in the precinct, so even the rain can't spoil your visit. I would definitely recommend!
Went in for a small latte on my way to another appointment. Was advised that if I wanted another drink later I could go back and get one for £1. So I did. Nice coffee, staff seemed friendly. Handy location inside the precinct.

I am the manager and i have been away on holiday. I am so sorry to hear about both of your experiences while visiting the store. If you would like to contact me. We went into Massarella’s Chesterfield the other day for lunch. I had a jacket potato with beans and cheese which was very nice and lots of filling. My husband and son had a panini’s which they said were also very nice. The milkshakes are a firm favourite with my son who says they are yummy and great as a treat Big shout out to the staff who were polite and very helpful. We will definitely be going again!
It is a great cafe! The food is always tasty and the staff are kind and friendly. The cakes are really yummy and they always have a variety to choose from. I will definitely be going again!
Not very happy with the service today, I fancied a Jacket potato which were up on the menu board only to be told they had not got any this was with no apology , the cafe is next door to a Tesco. I chose a cheese and onion toastie which only had what looked like cheese spread inside . While I was sat eating this I noticed other customers asking for Jackets only to be told the same as me, with in seconds an assistant went out and came back with a bag of potato's, she noticed the look I gave her of amazement . Why was this not done first thing this morning to be ready to serve the entire menu displayed ? very pore customer service, wish I .had gone elsewhere
Took my Dad today as its a favourite place of his. Staff were so efficient and polite. I had a scone and a coffee which was really nice. Dad had the scrambled egg on toast with bacon, he said it was lovely. A great place to go when in town .
Really enjoyed my milkshake yesterday, very clean and safe environment
