Really helpful team who sorted an administrative error to get me sorted with my booster jab. Couldn't fault the help they provided. First class.
I use the Coalville branch and the staff are very friendly and helpful we have are prescription delivered and if we have to change for some reason its no problem and they will sort problems out with the doctors for you we have had no problems with them,Excellent service
Changed my monthly prescription order to Mason as they were excellent in the past. However, the Coalville branch really has gone downhill and am having to change again in order to be able to get my medication when I need it and not when Masons can be bothered to order it. They had my prescription for a week yet didn't fill it until 7 days later when I went to collect it.

My husband district nurse swabbed his head due to a non healing wound on Tuesday and dropped off at the Surgery. On Friday, nurse phoned to say he had an infection and needed antibiotics - perscription sent to Masons'. I was waiting for the electrician so could not get to the shop to collect - I do not drive. Mason's very kindly delivered lunchtime. Very very grateful. I always find the staff and the drivers very friendly and very helpful. Thank you.
This pharmacy is amazing they go above and beyond and always go the extra mile
