The chemist itself is ok , the problem is the service is very slow u can be waiting a long time for your prescription. The best thing to do is leave your prescription there and come bk special if you have a regular one. The staff are all nice and friendly, and can offer some good advice if you can't get into see a doctor. They sometimes even call you to see how you are getting on with your prescription which is brilliant. They also sell makeup and other little bits and bobs. Parking lot outside can get very crowded which isn't great.

Extremely slowwwwww service! Staff dont communicate and disappear leaving you waiting for the "10 minutes". Obviously desperate for retail sales forcing people to stand around hoping they might spend some money! Excuses like "we have been busy all week"....? Nonsense!

Not a good service. They actually close for lunch (turning the clock back to a century that's long gone?) even though they have enough staff to stay open & provide a service to people who have to drive there from other places. There's no other pharmacy in the village so if they're shut then there's nothing available until they open their doors again.

Slowest chemist I have been to. I live locally but regardless of the time of day, day of week or week in the year the staff are rude and ignorant. They would rather stand at the back and gossip. Ten customers or just one....... they take a minimum of ten minutes to serve! They rather have people standing and waiting around..... maybe a rule from above so people stand around and might buy something or they just like to take the P***! Shame there is no other chemist in markfield and all the local people and old people who dont drive and cant get about dont have a choice but to use this chemist.
