The best pub in the area. The food was really good and the waitresses were all very friendly and polite. Very cosy atmosphere too. I had the chicken tagliatelle and my husband had the flaky braised beef - we were both amazed at how tasty the dishes were. The desserts were also superb. We'll be back again for sure.
Went there for the first time this pm for a group Xmas party. Amazing food. Reasonably priced. Really nice atmosphere. The staff were fab, all really really lovely and attentive. Definitely the top of my 3 Xmas parties this week!!!
After viewing a house in Fairford we found this place to have food. Menu was pretty good, there were some nice vegetarian options as well. I went for the mushroom risotto which was fantastic! Highly recommend that. Service was very good. Will 100% visit here again. Food & drinks: Highly recommend the food!
Booked in for a 2 night stay with friends and their dog 22nd-24th February 2023. Pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Friendly staff from front of house to housekeeping staff. Room 8 where I stayed was quaint and in keeping with the building, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in which I just sunk into and the pillows were top quality too. Very quiet and they accommodated for dogs too. A great hearty breakfast, and we ate at the pub for the 2 nights. The food was top quality and fresh and hot and homemade. Would highly recommend this place to stay at.
Lovely meal in the Masons Arm this lunchtime. Very good service and superb food at a reasonable price. We all chose different mains and they were all excellent, that says a lot about the chef and the place. Food & drinks: Very good service and helpful attentive staff
A Sunday lunch meet up for 6 friends recently and what a delicious lunch it was too. On a personal note, the Risotto was superb. Relaxed, friendly and efficient service. Whole heartedly recommended.Service: 5/5
We lived coming to this pub for a very early valentine meal! Food was beautiful and there was plenty of it! Also the staff were friendly and very helpful! We recommend this place for a lovely evening.Service: 5/5
This is a lovely pub. The staff are very welcoming, the wine selection is great as are the drinks on tap. I had the most amazing chilli on nachos, in fact it was the best chilli I have ever eaten. I thoroughly recommend this place!! Food & drinks: Best chilli ever!!
Had a meal yesterday. Food was ok but the pub was like a fridge. No fires burning and no heating on. Im sure they’ll have their excuses but when you see all your clientele eating their meals with their overcoats on them it begs a question as to why they opened. My takeaway from this is don’t bother in the winter but nice spot in the summer. I also note that they don’t bother reading/responding to these reviews .. which begs another question. Shame really.
The food was excellent. First time I had Pigeon breast, delicious. Bed was comfortable. Staff very professional and welcoming.Rooms: 4/5
