Lovely place for a drink and a meal. The 2nd time we've been here and both times have been great. Excellent food and service and I rather like the Butcombe beer. They do superb pies, if you're unsure what to get. We'll be back next year.
Felt very safe with all the waiting staff wearing mask, glass screens between tables and everyone generally well behaved. Food and service was very good as I've come to expect of The Bear. About £45 per couple including drinks and puds . Not bad in my book.
Wonderful food and service. We had the Bear Inn burger, it was amazing. If you enjoy a good hearty burger then this will tick all of the boxes. Your hands will smell like meat for hours afterwards, even after washing your hands. Glorious.
We had a delicious Sunday roast at The Bear today. Generous portions, good food and excellent service. What more could anyone want. Highly recommended.
Having day out in Cirencester and popped on to the Bear Inn for lunch. It was quite busy but the staff we quick and efficient. Great food. I would eat here again.
We had the bear burger, 1 of the best burgers I've eaten. It was a thick juicy patty with tomato,pickle,relish very tasty. Service was good, nice atmosphere. Totally recommend it.
A really nice pub in a good central location. A warm no fuss welcome at the door shown to a table completed track and trace info there. A warm cosy pub with a good selection of beers and drinks in general food looked good as well but did not eat on this occasion
The Bear gas improved plenty over the last couple of years. It's a very pleasant place to drink. Great selection and very nice staff.
