Interior decoration and Punjabi ambience with the typical music was nice for an evening tea party with office colleagues. Tea was served in the glass and tasted similar to home tea. Chats items were good, but lacked authentic flavour. But it will still try again and is good value for money.
This was the nicest and delicious Indian food we had, very much to our surprise, after trying a few overrated ones in London, and even nicer than some of what we had back home in Singapore. It’s not watered down sweetened British Indian food, the mutton biryani is fragrant, not over buttery, and can taste the spice from other dishes too. We were sad that we’re leaving Glasgow next morning else we’ll definitely drop by again. Friendly and attentive staff. London really needs a restaurant like yours. Highly recommended!
The food is absolutely delicious, definitely worth a visit if ur an Indian food lover! Gaurav was super nice when I asked him what does he recommend, he recommend the samosa chaat which was super tasty, will be back for more! The garlic naan was really really good and it’s massive. The butter lamb is creamy and tasty. Mango Lassi was also tasty. The portion here is great, really good price too! Priyanka was super kind, excellent service overall! The decor in the restaurant is so pretty, plenty of seating with a a variety of items from the menu to choose from! I can’t recommend this place enough, can’t wait to come back
Decent prices and good food. The varieties they offer are good.. the mango lassi didn't taste quite good. But apart from that it's a good restaurant.
Food: The Chole Bhature, Laal Maas, and Paneer Malaidar dishes at this Indian restaurant in Glasgow are truly some of the best I've had in the city. The Chole Bhature was perfectly cooked with a crispy and fluffy Bhatura and well-spiced Chole. The Laal Maas was a standout dish with its tender lamb and rich, well-balanced gravy with the right amount of heat. The Paneer Malaidar was great with its creamy and flavorful Spinach and chilli-based gravy with hints of ginger and soft paneer. Each dish had a unique flavor profile and was cooked to perfection and not to forget the naan, so fresh and buttery. Ambience: The ambience of the restaurant was classic and reminiscent of traditional Indian restaurants. It made me feel like I was back in India, with its warm, welcoming atmosphere and traditional decor. The restaurant had a cozy and comfortable feel. Service: The service at the restaurant was exceptional, with the staff members Jyoti, Puneet, and Gourav going above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. They were extremely hospitable, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, providing us with suggestions and answering all our questions. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor added to the overall experience and made it a memorable one. Overall, this Indian restaurant in Glasgow is a must-visit for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Indian food in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended.
One of the best indian restaurant's in Glasgow. Very delicious food and staff are friendly too.
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and make the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, but the curry was too sweet, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. # Please you need to mention in the menu that which dish is sweet or spicy.
Seriously, absolutely fabulous. Proper authentic curry. No fancy frills, just honest well cooked food. My waiter Yash was superb, I asked for recommendations and he came up trumps. The best curry I've had in years! Highly recommended for proper curry lovers.
Very poor customer service and rude staff. Went to this place at 8:55 pm. Took sometime to go through menu and placed order in the next 7-10 minutes or so. The food came in parts. While I was waiting for the food, my partner’s food was on the table and was got cold and soggy.Within 10 minutes of serving the food the staff came in to tell us that they are closing in next 10 minutes and made a rude gesture of showing his watch. Post that the three staff members who were in were constantly staring at us while we ate. We were nearly finished but not completely done when this another staff member came in and she put the check on the table and without asking us if we were finished, cleared the table. The restaurants closing time is 10 pm but they started shushing us like dogs since 9:20 pm. A customer comes to dine in because they want to eat in peace and have pleasant conversations over dinner not to be ill treated even after paying a hefty money for their meal. Strictly a no go for me. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. PEOPLE MAKE GLASGOW but this place does not lives up to the spirit. For people who want good Indian food, there are multiple places in Glasgow that serves decent food with respect.
Food is normal like all Indian restaurants here in uk price wise good its cheap. Vegetarian options: You have number of varieties in veg.
