Ordered a takeaway .... said the mandatory 40 min wait ... waited an hour phoned ..said I ordered takeaway ..said it was on its way without asking my address and that it would be another 15/20? Questioned again how can you say that without knowing where I live ??? .... not impressed.... still starving ... crisps it is then !!!!! But a good couple quid up 😁

Great food but they massively overcharged us and because I'd had my first drink since my mum died Christmas Day, I didn't notice until we got back to the hotel (visiting family at the time). I've read quite a few reviews elsewhere that this has happened to them as well so it must be something they do, shame on them. Update: they have responded below to say "this is unlikely", so they call their customers liars too, very nice! I spoke to them after the event and pretty much got the same response "you are confused"! We know exactly what we ordered and checked our debit card details/bill against the menu which you can find online, it was out by quite a large amount. At the time they told us to come into the restaurant for a refund of the difference which as far as I'm concerned, admits fault, we live at the other end of the country so couldn't do this. In conclusion if you want to have nice food but pay twice the price as usual, then have them tell you you're a liar this is the place for you!
